A shared immigration experience.
Atiya Law understands your plight as an immigrant, because we have experienced the immigration process first hand as well. Atiya Law was founded as a response to the immigration challenge, a direct reaction to the way government addresses immigration and immigration-related law, and the way the legal support institution engages in the support of its clients.
Atiya Law was founded to give voice and relief to those who come to the United States to provide for their families, escape the challenges and persecution of their native countries, and to pursue the American Dream. Our approach at Atiya Law is to minimize the fear, uncertainty and doubt of the process by treating people with clarity, honesty and respect. We know the process is challenging, and we believe your lawyers should be your trusted guide.
